Serves: 2 Bowls
  • 2 cups of frozen raspberries
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 table spoon of chia seeds (optional)
  • ½ cup of low fat milk
  • Granola, for serving
  • Toasted coconut flakes, for serving
  1. First add puree the raspberries, bananas, yogurt, chia seeds (if using) and milk in a blender blend until it becomes smooth.
  2. Now divide between serving bowls and later top it with granola & toasted coconut, if desired.
