  • Chicken legs piece - Six
  • Corn flour - Two tablespoons
  • Curd - One tbsp
  • Black pepper powder- one teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder- two pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste- two teaspoon
  • Clove & cinnamon pwd -¼ teaspoon
  • Green chilli paste - ¼ teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves- one tbsp
  • Soya sauce - one teaspoon
  • Vinegar - ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon juice-few drops
  • Salt to taste
  • cooking oil- two teaspoon
  1. Make slits (narrow cut or opening) on chicken legs piece.
  2. In a Mixing bowl add legs piece, curd, taste to salt, clove-cinnamon pwd, ginger garlic paste,turmeric pwd, chilli paste, corn flour, vinegar & soya sauce. and marinate the prepared mixture for around 1 hour.
  3. Now take a wok ( bowl shaped frying pan), Add cooking oil in it. when cooking oil is hot add prepared marinated chicken legs pieces in to it. then close the bowl with a lid and cook the chicken completely. make sure you saute in between.
  4. Once the chicken legs is cooked well.
  5. Then add other ingredients : Black pepper powder and Lemon juice then Mix it well and cook it for few more minutes.
  6. Finally garnish with coriander leaves and have fun eating.
